Carl completed an excellent job for me in a reasonable price. He helped installing a water softener and switching a kitchen tap in a very compact space. It was a challenging task and he accomplished in a very professional way. I would recommend him if you are looking for a high quality and trustful plumbing service.

Carl provided a great service, on the same day of enquiring. He replaced old pipes in a much better setup and fixed the overall problem very fast. I am very happy with the outcome and definitely recommend his services. A Big Thank You!

On top of that, he managed to make time to fix a completely separate annoyance that had been bothering us for over a year. He charged us a reasonable rate, and did a bang up job. No muss, no fuss, no mess, and just happy customers.
Couldn't recommend him enough. I got a handful of cards, and will be passing them around to folks we know in our village.Owner response

Carl did a complete remodeling of our bathrooms. It was fabulous, and done very beautifully and professionally. Carl took care of everything from helping us with the design, choosing the units and installation. Carl was a one stop shop for us taking care of bathroom installation, plumbing, heating, plastering, painting, tiling, flooring and electrics all at a very competitive price. I highly recommend Carl!

Carl is great! Really friendly, professional, honest and efficient. Popped round speedily when we had a leak and was really honest when we asked about potential extra work we thought may be needed that he advised wasn't necessary, which we really appreciated his honest expertise on. Would highly recommend and will not hesitate to have him back in the future for more work.

Carl has fixed several issues in my house now . Dripping taps, toilet repairs and general advice. He has just removed and refitted a botched shower cubicle. Top quality work, fair price and a lovely chap (including the help he brought with him). He arranged for a clean up after his work and rubbish collection which both arrived on time and were efficient. Will definitely be using again (although hopefully not too soon!)- Positive

The immersion heater on our vented hot water cylinder started leaking. I turned off the feed so it stopped leaking. Called 365 Plumbing and Carl came round same day to check.
Prognosis was a new immersion heater but he mentioned that if things went wrong and the old one wouldn't come out, it might need a new cylinder too.
Carl returned on time the next day with the new part. Thankfully the old heater came out relatively easily. So no need for a new cylinder.
The 20 year old cylinder bleed valve didn't work as the washer had completely perished. Carl replaced the washer and completed the repair.
We've used 365 Plumbing before to replace failed toilet cisterns.
Overall, extremely prompt and great service as always from 365 Plumbing. Definitely recommended and will use again.- Positive

Carl was very helpful. Diagnosed drainage issue pretty quickly. Couldn't resolve as high pressure equipment was needed to clear a tough blockage in main sewer, but he arranged a same day appointment with a specialist, and followed up next day to make sure job was complete Would definitely use 365 again
